Kirt W. Montague
Kirt has extensive experience in a wide range of matters involving business and real estate law.
Kirt received a law degree from the University of Michigan, where he was awarded the distinction of Best Oral Advocate, and a degree in business management and finance from Brigham Young University.
Kirt is a member of the Business Law Sections of the Seattle-King County, Washington State and American Bar Associations, is a past member of the National Association of Realtors, and serves on the Advisory Board for the Mariott School of Management at Brigham Young University.
Kirt lectures frequently on issues related to the creation and operation of businesses.
