Craig Simmons
Craig Simmons is an associate attorney at the firm. A native of Washington, he returned home after working as a law clerk to the Honorable Russell W. Bench of the Utah State Court of Appeals from 2006 to early 2009. Craig earned his law degree from Michigan State University College of Law, graduating Magna Cum Laude.
Craig's practice focuses on complex commercial litigation, particularly in the areas of employment, construction and real estate. He also assists in the handling of all appellate work at the firm due to his experience in the Court of Appeals.
Outside of the study and practice of law, Craig has many interests, including reading, skiing, golf, and movies. He can usually be found, however, spending time with his wife and two small children.
